PEDCO Welcomes 5 New Staff Members
PEDCO E&A Services, Inc. (www.pedcoea.com), a full-service engineering design firm, announced the recent addition of five staff members to the PEDCO team. Ms. Becky Sowma comes onboard as a Project Manager for the Healthcare Market, Mr. Ed Groh serves as a Senior Architect, Mr. Tim Pucke as an Electrical Designer and Mr. Mitchell Leary as an Electrical Engineer, while Mr. Tyler Janzen joins PEDCO as a Mechanical Designer. This talented group of individuals will instantly impact the PEDCO team, bringing with them years of expertise and unique experience.
Becky Sowma joins the PEDCO team as a Project Manager in the Healthcare Market, providing over 20 years of experience in engineering, project management, and construction. A proven success as both Project Engineer and Project Manager, Becky will serve as a leader to foster relationships with Healthcare Market clients. She will ensure successful planning and execution of projects, delivering quality work, on time, and within budget. Earning a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, Becky is a welcomed addition to PEDCO.
Ed Groh joins PEDCO as a Senior Architect. Ed’s nearly 30 years of experience includes design development for commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare, and pharmaceutical facilities. Additionally, Ed has been integral in mentoring future design talent and maintaining continuing education. Ed is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Design Technology.
Tim Pucke joins PEDCO as an Electrical Designer. Within this role, he will service clients and support all of their electrical engineering design needs. Well versed in preparing necessary construction documents and excelling at performing under tight timelines, Tim’s experience allows him to meet the demands of his position. Tim earned an AS in Power System Engineering Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
Mitchell Leary, having previously worked at PEDCO as a co-op, now will serve as an Electrical Engineer. Mitchell’s experience working in the field with electricians and working in a laboratory setting will provide his unique perspective to best serve his clients. A 2018 graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mitchell is a welcomed addition to the PEDCO team.
Tyler Janzen, PEDCO’s newest Mechanical Designer, brings with him 10 years of experience in mechanical, product design, and product design application engineering. His previous product designs provided applications for chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Additionally, Tyler has trained as an electrician, allowing him to share his broad expertise with a variety of PEDCO clients and markets. Tyler earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cincinnati.
