Gorilla Glue Building Renovation

Gorilla Glue purchased the Gateway 75 building in Sharonville, Ohio for their new offices and manufacturing processes. For the Corporate offices, PEDCO provided Construction Documents for the mechanical and electrical design for the restrooms, break area, and offices while trying to maintain the existing infrastructure as much as possible.

For the manufacturing part of the facility, PEDCO performed an electrical study to outline the necessary updates needed to the facility’s electrical infrastructure for the new loads. PEDCO also provided Construction Administration to review the electrical power distribution and provided an arc flash analysis.

For the entire facility, PEDCO performed a Feasibility Study on the entire 1.2 million SF of the building for the existing utilities to determine a way to break up the utility bills for multiple tenants.  In addition, PEDCO provided energy modeling services to evaluate the lighting system to verify compliance with current energy code and develop a building energy analysis to determine the potential energy savings from a new lighting system.
