PEDCO Announces New Organizational Assignments
PEDCO E & A Services, Inc. (www.pedcoea.com), a full-service engineering and architecture design firm, announced the firm has recently made some organization changes and promotions involving four individuals. “These organizational assignments will allow PEDCO to remain focused on key initiatives such as quality, sustainability and profitability, while driving innovation and cost reduction,” said Bill Giesler, CEO/President of PEDCO.

Joe Hoffman – Vice President of Operations:
In addition to his current Project Manager role, Joe assumes the role of Vice President of Operations (VPO). In this leadership role, Joe is responsible for establishing company processes and procedures, leading the company’s technical development initiatives, and participating in the strategic planning process.
Steve Jones – Electrical Discipline Leader:
Steve assumes the role of Electrical Discipline Leader. In this Discipline Leader role, Steve is responsible for the technical growth and development of the electrical discipline and providing the technical development of the discipline production staff.
Jason Park – High Performance Buildings Discipline Leader:
In addition to his role as Senior Mechanical Engineer, Jason assumes the role of High Performance Buildings Discipline Leader. As the Discipline Leader, Jason will be responsible for developing the company’s high performance buildings consulting and design expertise along with the discipline’s educational activities such as PEDCO’s annual High Performance Buildings Seminar.
Dan Flynn – Controller:
Dan is promoted from Accounting Manager to Controller. In this expanded role, he will oversee all accounting activities at PEDCO and be responsible for maintaining financial relationships.
