PEDCO Welcomes New Process Engineering Discipline Leader
PEDCO E&A Services, Inc., a full-service engineering design firm, announced the recent addition of a new PEDCO team member. Michelle Novinger joins the PEDCO team as a Process Engineering Discipline Leader specializing in process engineering and project management. In this role, Michelle is responsible for designing and implementing industrial processes for clients in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage and personal care. She will also be focused on growing the process engineering discipline within the organization. Michelle joins PEDCO from Pilot Chemical Company where she served as a Capital Project Engineering Manager.
Michelle is a graduate of Purdue University’s chemical and biomedical engineering programs. In addition, she has a master’s degree in technical management and is a certified Project Manager. Michelle is active in the community serving as a Commanding Officer with the Sea Cadets, a non-profit organization focused on using the principles of the US Navy to teach kids 10-18 years old leadership, respect and communication. She also serves as part of a search and rescue team within the Jeff Craig Fire Department in Vevay, Indiana.
